September 1, 2010 -- Dealing with reality

As accountants we tend to see things in terms of dollars and cents. But this can be a short sighted vision.  Many other factors effect our daily lives. What is the impact, for example, of the business culture on sales? A rigid, over controlling environment, will depress, or supress, everyones' ability to perform at an opitimum level.  We don't have a good way to measure this.
